Towel exchange. Monday, Wednesday & Thursday sheet and towel exchange: Towel and sheet exchange will take place on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday between 9am – 1pm. You can place all dirty items in your laundry basket outside your room, a staff member will replace the items and leave the basket by your door.

Mid week cleaning: You can schedule a mid week clean Monday – Friday by calling housekeeping at EXT 161.

There will be no towels available in the office.

Room moves: If the room move is not clean and ready for the move by 11:00 then you will have to check out of the current room at 11 and we will call you as soon as the next room is ready.
