Here at the Reef Ocean Resort, we are closely following CDC guidelines.
For the safety of all and going by cdc.gov requirements, we will be limiting contact with each other and canceling all organized events.
Office hours 10-6: If you need to contact the office please call from your cell phone or room rather than come into the office. Beach chairs are available, we just ask that you keep the required 6-foot distance, between you and the office attendant. When returning equipment, please leave it by the box in front of the office let the office attendant know what room is returning items, office staff will sanitize items at drop off.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING
WEDNESDAY Sheet and towel: Sheet and towel exchange will take place on Wednesday between 9-11 am. You can place all dirty items in your laundry basket outside your room, a staff member will replace the items and leave the basket by your door.
TUESDAY AND THURSDAY beach towels: Beach towel exchange will take place on Tuesday and Thursday between 9-11 am. You can place all dirty items in your laundry basket outside your room, a staff member will replace the items and leave the basket by your door.
There will be no towels available in the office.
The pool area will be sanitized each morning. Beach and pool gate handles will be sanitized twice daily.
Room moves will be a complete check out at 11:00 and check back in at 4:00. This will allow enough time to sanitize and disinfect each room.
As always use your own safety measures, keep your distance from other guests, and wash your hand often.
