Nothing is
worse than

travel plans

reservations and
then
arriving a
week early
or a week
later than
your
scheduled
week! A

calendar is
provided for
your
convenience.

Deposit Policy: A deposit of 50% of the weekly rate, or time of stay, is required. Deposit is due at time of reservation.
A 30-day written notice is required for a full refund upon cancellation.
Partial refund may occur at management discretion.
Rates: Rates are per unit and are subject to change without notice
Rental Policy: The Reef is a timeshare association. Therefore it is rented by the week and on a "Saturday to Saturday" basis.
Our Calendarlinkshows the different "from - to" dates for each week up to three years.
Shorter - Term Rental Policy: Units not rented within 30 days of the scheduled timeshare week, may be rented for a minimum 2-night stay.
Holiday Rental Policy: Three night minimum stay required for major holidays.
Occupancy: Occupancy is based on two adults per unit plus any of the occupant's children under 18 using the sofa bed. There is a $25.00 charge per person per night for over occupancy or more than two adults in the unit. Maximum number of people occupying unit is four (4) without express prior approval of the management.
Front Desk Office Hours: The office is open
Saturday 8:00 A. M. to 9:00 P.M.
Mon-Fri 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Sun 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. and
Late Arrivals MUST make prior arrangements for a key.
Check-In Time: 4 PM. Check-In is based on room being clean .
Checkout Time: 11 AM. promptly as housekeeping must be able to get room cleaned..
Smoking Policy: ALL rooms are non-smoking. Violation will result in a minimum charge of $200.00 to cover room cleaning and deodorizing. There will be additional charges if any damages result to furnishings or fixtures. We take our "No Smoking in Rooms" policy seriously!
Pet Policy: No animals of any kind are allowed in The Reef units or on The Reef property
with the exception of service animals .
Notification must be received by The Reef prior to any check-in.
A $200 refundable Pet Deposit is due upon check-in
Any pets, other than a service animal, found on The Reef site will result in a $200 cleaning fee charge to the owner or guest.
The pet must be removed immediately or owner/guest will be evicted.
