The Reef Ocean Resort is an “interval ownership” property. The 60 residential units at The Reef Ocean Resort consist of 24 One-bedroom Apartments, 12 Efficiencies, and 24 Studio Apartments. Each “interval unit” consists of a particular residential unit, or apartment, during a particular week each year.
Interval units at Reef Ocean Resort are primarily owned by private parties, however, The Reef Ocean Resort Owners Association also owns a number of interval units. A selection of both privately owned, and “Reef owned” units may be available for purchase.
